Profile: Manufacturer - Producer|Ref:PSL 355664YH | Country: France | Export: Yes

DESCRIPTION

The camaldolese gum or gum (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis) rivers is a species of tree of the genus Eucalyptus found in many parts of the world but which is native to Australia where it is widely distributed along the rivers of the Interior of the country. Curiously, it takes its latin name of the Camaldoli monastery near Naples, place where it was described for the first time.

It is a familiar tree of the edge of many Australian rivers. The tree provides a welcome shade during the high temperatures encountered in the centre of the Australia and plays an important role in the stabilization of the banks by laying down the ground and limiting erosion.
